Using Sixzmic

By using Sixzmic, you agree to follow applicable laws, respect intellectual property and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Content and Community

Comics, artwork and studio content belong to Sixzmic, the relevant creators or licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Sixzmic permission to display it as part of the service. You may not post unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, fraudulent, sexually exploitative or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically at the price and frequency shown during purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Deleting Sixzmic does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Service and Liability

Sixzmic is provided on an "as available" basis. We may update, change or remove features and content. To the extent permitted by law, Sixzmic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from your use of the service.

Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Sixzmic or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, unlawful activity, repeated violations or conduct that harms users, creators or the service.
